What I'm seeing on the Glad forum is a whole new bunch of people new to Jeep and the Glad in particular as it is a new vehicle. I don't see many JL guys saying they are trading up. Most folks seem to be pretty new to FCA given the questions they ask.

The new vehicles are amazing my 2007 Jeep SRT8 was lucky to get 10-13 MPG depending on how hard I pushed it.. the new ones give 14-16 MPG driving pretty much the same way.
It wasn't a good month for anyone only Nissan and Toyota.
But I did my part bought a second Trackhawk that had been sitting on the lot for over a year.....

There is no denying that IRS rides better.. I went from my straight axles WK1 SRT8 to the 2018 Trackhawk and the ride is night and day.
And that's apparently what people want today.... NVH rules.
And it makes sense if they say, used the Trackhawk IRS that is plenty strong for any application...

No one did explain well why the rear bars like a roll cage diagnal are installed.....is that to stiffen the body or chassis?
So I placed my order for the Hellephant. .it was strange, I had to call Mopar at the number listed, order the engine and the accessories kit plus the electronics. .but then they asked me for my dealer name which I gave...simple process...interesting day.
Is the Deserthawk a SRT vehicle? I remember Mike Manley talking about that at 2018 NYIAS.
The Deserthawk was bases on the Cherokee I think.. did they have a Grand Cherokee version planned also?

Again thank you all insiders for some interesting content and schooling. Is there capacity in the US to build such an engine or would that have to be built somewhere else?
I just wish everyone could own and enjoy a Trackhawk as I do. Its a great vehicle power wise and would love to see more...
