I've owned two SRT's and a Trackhawk. My wife drives a 200.
Not one single thing has gone wrong in 10 years. I can't understand why some people do have problems.
For some of us who have little to no experience with electric vehicles but we understand what torque and horsepower means..
Can someone put into layman's terms what exactly will we experience with the E Torque systems on acceleration?? And what does Kilowatts mean verses torque in foot pounds...
So ok what am I missing?
I have the 8 speed in the Trackhawk..Hellcats and Demons have the 8 speed.
Is this the same 8 speed ZF that is in those vehicles or a "smaller" totally newer version ?
Will this be going in across every vehicle line with a North-South design?
I do follow close.. but most of the incidents I have are actually just behind and in the adjacent lane of the highway.. it seems trailer tires spit rocks and debris at a roughly 45 degree angle backwards.
To me being a mechanic I don't have heartburn with paint. It is what it is.. In 5 years it will need a repaint anyway if it's a daily driver.
Now if the powertrain or the Uconnect wasn't functioning correctly I'd be disappointed.
I'm all for Battery..
If you can take my Trackhawk..add a small battery and motor and give me a 0-60 under 3 seconds I'm all there..
As long as I don't have to babysit the battery and I can service/replace it.
I don't want to plug it in!!
Aww heck I was hoping with Tim K head of Jeep, the Jeeps would get the Demon engines...now again.... we are the Red headed step children that get the Dodge engine leftovers....
