Brampton Saved! Stellantis announce retooling Brampton

6.4 could also be going away, leaving the door open to a 6.7 from cummins

Brampton Saved! Stellantis announce retooling Brampton

Price of diesel fuel, insane and unreliable emissions systems required for diesels etc. As I understand it would use the same I6 block as the current cummins 6.7 diesel but be a turbo gas engine

Brampton Saved! Stellantis announce retooling Brampton

No idea but they would be very silly to use one of their camaro-esq designs considering the current challenger handily outsells it. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot! Wouldn't be the first time though...

Brampton Saved! Stellantis announce retooling Brampton

It was explained to me (from a chrysler designer back then) that their own RWD platform was done, and they were going ahead with the 99 charger. He even said it was in the parts books, whatever that means. Then the merger happened and "the Germans killed it" (the 99 charger). Personally I...

    It's A Hurricane Of Horsepower! GME-T6 H.O. Will Make 507 Horsepower!

Thats why I never thought this would see the light of day, dont forget the multiple millions its going to cost to re crash test everything its slated to go in. Day late and a dollar short, should have been here a couple years after the ecoboost debut not on the verge of EV across the board...

The 2023 Maserati GranTurismo Folgore Will Have Over 1,200 Horsepower!

I am actually not 100% on the same platform as it was announced Maserati was going EV (and they started working on them) long before the merger and announcement of new platforms. They should be, but wouldn't surprise me if the GT was a lone wolf. It will take discipline from them not to be the...

The 2023 Maserati GranTurismo Folgore Will Have Over 1,200 Horsepower!

5 years ago that would be true, but when they're likely to share the same battery and motors (and be their first BEV's) I can see them working with each other. I can't get a straight answer if the Masi uses STLA LG, I am sure that's by design :D

The 2023 Maserati GranTurismo Folgore Will Have Over 1,200 Horsepower!

It could, wouldn't surprise me if both cars are being made beside one another or have a lot of the same people on them

The 2023 Maserati GranTurismo Folgore Will Have Over 1,200 Horsepower!

I wonder if this is the same set up as "The muscle car". It bests what Tesla and Lucid have @ 1100.

Could Dodge’s Next-Gen “eMuscle” Cars Feature An F1-Inspired Pushrod Suspension?

I doubt it'll look like any of those because the camaro drawings looked very similar and the current challenger beats it in sales, no way they shoot themselves in the foot, but I guess we will see. I personally think they should just make it look more like a 70/71 challenger, lower, wider etc...

GME-T6 Confirmed to be built in Mexico?

Any major structural change in an automobile requires re-crash testing and certification, to do every RWD vehicle will cost 2 bill all day long - and for that reason, IMO, it aint happening with an all in bet on EV's starting in 2 years. My stocks are doing fine btw, up 54% - now when my crypto...

GME-T6 Confirmed to be built in Mexico?

Lol 36 billion is all the cards, you don't think that is aggressive? Do you also think they'll pop another 2 billion crash testing the ram, grand cherokee, grand cherokee L, wrangler, gladiator, durango, charger, challenger, 300 - for 1 year. C'mon man. I know you are portfolio heavy with...

GME-T6 Confirmed to be built in Mexico?

We can split hairs all day, but they're going all in on EV starting in 2024. Further, slapping a battery in a gas chassis is not how you do it, the cars are compromised in many ways (quoting Gilles). These are designed for BEV and BEV only to take the advantages of design where ice holds them...

GME-T6 Confirmed to be built in Mexico?

All new platforms starting in 2024 are EV only

    Next generation charger?

There is nothing blue collar about a redeye charger or challenger. Have you seen the price increases on all of them in the past 5 years? They finally got their American AMG brand, thats for sure.

    Next generation charger?

^ its just fantasy land click bait. AAR/Gurney Racing did have the rights to Cuda but Chrysler has had it since 2013, and just that, they hold it as its in high demand and they deserve the rights to it (dont want Kia stealing it). Doesn't mean they'll use it, at least not for the 2013...

    Next generation charger?

STLA LG has a huge battery pack in the floor and motors front and rear - I see nothing from Giorgio and those saying so need to stop it unless we want another decade of fake news "Chrysler 300 is a 13 yr old e-class" (that electric charger/challenger is just an old failed alfa romeo) lets...
