Has anyone even successfully run the DC Stage stuff for Hellcats? Last I knew folks were having all sorts of issues with software, parts were unavailable, or things shipped separately and it was a waiting game.
When you announce factory support, and don’t deliver, that’s a fail. They announced...
Direct Connection absolutely failed the Hemi, what leads anyone to believe they will offer much for this? The entire DC reboot has been a massive failure.
Ralph doesn’t have that much pull. He’s a design guy, when he was given a brand to run, it didn’t go well and was folded back in.
I like Ralph, he’s one of the good guys, but he doesn’t have the weight to throw around
Not really. ‘68 is the high point of Charger design, they got worse after and were worse before.
The new car isn’t supposed to be a comparison to the ‘68. It’s supposed to harken back, and take cues, while being fully modern. It’s EASILY the most attractive new car of the last decade...
They NEED a V8. No one anywhere ever asked for a turbo 6, that money should have been spent on a new V8 but I’m afraid that ship has failed.
A V8 is always more power dense than a 6, always. Period.
All of these points are blatant lies, other than balance. Which no one cares about.
V8’s almost ALWAYS have superior flow numbers, they have far more exhaust energy to push any potential turbos, and…..room to secure heads is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen posted on the internet.
And given...
This is a move to incentivize production staying or coming here. He has been VERY clear: move production out, and you’ll be hit with a massive penalty via tariffs and taxes. Maintain production in the States, and the benefits start with reduced taxes.
This is needed. He’s also stated he will...
Why is it that you INSIST on saying foolish things again and again and again?
Nobody cares. We want V8’s. That’s never going to change. You can’t tune a Hurricane that doesn’t exist in an EV doofus. Pull your head out. I guarantee within a year of release, there will be a handful of these EV...
Yeah nope, the only one that may be exclusive is Banshee. Other than that, the standard Hurricane versions (SO and HO) will be in both two and four door models.
Separating those would be an atrocious strategy and kill sales. A Halo like Banshee (and Demons before) can survive being exclusive...
A new V8 would have to be a ground up redesign. I can’t mentally close the door to that maybe some point but Stellantis will run all companies into the ground before that could ever happen.
Ok, they both look absolutely stunning in this color combo. Best yet. They are actually extremely attractive vehicles, but we question their means of propulsion.
Wish both had a Hemi
I would really like to know what a**hole gave the stamp of approval to that front end. It’s not good.
Went from unquestionably the best looking trucks on the market for 30 years straight, to that. The grille isn’t good either, but the headlights are awful.
Ralph has to be tied up in some...
