Certainly and emphatically, really good news to be recognized by C&D and MT both, as the pinnacle in the highly competitive light truck market. What's next, Consumer Reports endorsement? (lol)
I'm looking forward to the new midsize when it comes out.

I'm not sure how this would be possible but it is interesting to see there are some that want...
Not ever being an employee of Chrysler, Fiat-Chrysler or Stellantis, I have no idea about the internal politics which led to Kuniskis leaving and now returning. I know that a lot of profit comes from Ram and that this brand needs a quick turnaround. And I do know that Kuniskis was at the helm of...
Does it not seem like the world is returning to some form of sanity these days? At least in some areas? I was very happy to hear this news. This is a great first step. Let's hope there is more good news to come.
This is great news and hopefully gives Mopar a little momentum to begin 2025. I'm all for a straight 6 in a truck and so far there has been a lot of praise for the Hurricane engine in the 2025 Ram.
Stellantis isn't the only company to lose it's way the last 5 years or so. Boeing and many others are having quality issues and are losing public trust. The company that I used to work for, which shall remain nameless, decided some years back that profits were more important than quality. We...
At this point, Stellantis cannot afford to mess this up. But don't underestimate them. The NA market has a shortage of new product, and what new product that is coming, may not be well received if it is only a BEV. We do need a car guy like Lutz to make cars that people want to buy and bring...
A new midsize truck is exactly what Ram needs. I owned 2 Dakota's in my life and both were very good trucks that could handle almost anything a larger truck could do unlike some other mid size trucks. I'm hoping that they do this right this time around as well.
The Neon based PT Cruiser was a hot item for a few years back in the day. I still see a few on the road today. They should have made a larger one and capitalized on the early momentum.
True. Under Fiat we got the Avenger. How many of those are still around. Other than that, Dodge got no new models that I can think of. The currently outgoing Challenger/Charger models date to the Daimler era. Fiat did sink some monies into Ram and Jeep and those brands have done well. Dodge...
A new small block V8 (4.5L) doesn't have to be a dirty engine. It can still be an efficient, clean engine and be penalty free from CARB emissions penalties. Of which, I do expect those penalties to be reduced with the incoming administration.
The only reason Dodge has survived the last 10 years...
A new smaller V8 is a must have. Stellantis North America cannot afford not to do this. Please hurry.
As far as electrification, we don't have the grid or the infrastructure to support it anyway. And the tax credit is most likely going away too. I expect a lot of electric vehicles to be sitting...
I've got a nice GM V8 in my garage right now. Yes, it's a C8 Corvette. Ford has V8's in the Mustang. Chevy has a new Camaro in the works from what I hear. Do you not think it won't have a V8 too?
Chevy and Ford both offer V8's in their half ton pickups. Those are big sellers. Not all they sell...
I think Stellantis could divest Dodge and Chrysler while still being partially tethered to Stellantis until the two could find a viable buyer. But I doubt they are even interested in doing so.
Chrysler hasn't really had a new model in 20+ years. They've been left to languish on the vine. Dodge...
Even though we share a love for everything MOPAR, it's difficult to agree on how to fix the current mess. While it didn't make sense to continue paying emissions credits for the big V8's, and the new inline 6 is a pretty darn good motor, Americans still want their V8's. And they can go get them...
How about we just vote out the folks putting these ridiculous CARB emissions laws in effect? There are more promising technologies on the horizon other than BEV. And I think if people want to pay extra for a V8 then they should be able to do just that. I'm not a fan of what Dodge has done on the...
