2024 jeep grand cherokee L 3.6L whinning sound

took vehicle to dealership....they said all belts and tensionor were good. I am trying to figure out problem. As you can hear there is a problem. please help me figure this problem out. car has 20k miles on it.

That's textbook pulley or idler whine. Since the idlers are very easy to change I'd start there. If noise doesn't go away then I'd suspect an alternator or compressor pulley.
