It looks like Dodge is cooking up something exciting again—and it’s loud, fast, and mean. Just a couple of days after the new 550-horsepower 2026 Dodge Charger Outlaw was spotted shooting a commercial, a brand-new 2026 Dodge Durango SRT HELLCAT was also seen filming in downtown Detroit. The sighting was shared by the “Metro Detroit News” Facebook page, and it’s got Mopar fans buzzing for good reason.

Another Mopar web site dropped news this afternoon the Durango is being extended till 2029 now, and suggested if so would this be a good update for 2027?
Any thoughts on either the news or photos? Definitely need to take care of the tail light issue if it is in fact being extended 3 more years!

That thread isn't from an insider though - just an enthusiast as far as I know. That said even here has confirmed 'at least 2028'. Current-Generation Dodge Durango Is Sticking Around?

But -- the images are copy-pasted off of a Hornet. They don't look bad in place because the Durango already has those shapes. I just don't think the square tail light suits it.
