Great video! A really good comparison to the Ramcharger is the Chevy Volt. It has all electric all the time with a back up Generator. I don't think the prius is set up like that. I think the prius is set up to use gas if you hit specific speed limits.

Sounds like "not happening" is the more realistic status. I bet they shelve it until 2028 so they can see how the new administration ends up feeling about emissions rules.

What ever happened to the next-gen ZF hybrid transmissions? Both the Pentastar V6 and Hemi are running 48V, some would also want an e-motor in the transmission to compliment the BSG. Mild hybrids don't have plugs, so none of this would compete with a future Ramcharger.
