Did the All-New Jeep® Compass Just Leak Online?

A First Look at the Next-Gen Jeep Compass Before the Official Reveal

Well, folks—Jeep fans and curious car lovers alike—it looks like the internet may have gotten a bit ahead of Jeep’s official game plan. We’re just days away from the scheduled May 6th unveiling of the all-new, next-generation Jeep Compass (codenamed J4U), and yet, a slew of high-quality images of what appears to be the real-deal production model have hit the web early.

I always liked the styling of the Jeep Avenger, especially with the 4Xe package chassis enhancements and wheels. The stylists have done an excellent job of using some of those elements on a larger vehicle. They could of ruined it by simply puffing up the Avenger's styling to this size, but this new Compass has its own personality. I look forward to seeing what the North American version will feature.

Honestly, I like it!

Hopefully when it comes here, we will be able to get hybrid + AWD.

I've already showed it to my wife lol

Replacing the real buttons with capacitive buttons is dumb, and universally loathed, but CAPACITIVE STEERING WHEEL BUTTONS? Did they not learn from VW?

HARD PASS.

Jeep® Compass (J4U) 4xe Makes Debut with Up To 375 Horsepower

Jeep® has just pulled the wraps off its next-generation Compass (J4U) for the European market—and it’s more capable, more spacious, and more electrified than ever before. Built on the Stellantis STLA Medium platform, this completely redesigned compact SUV is poised to become the brand’s most global model yet.

Now that is a very good looking Jeep, i just hope it does better than the Dodge Hornet once it hits North America.

375 horse power and 2287 torque no one will miss the diesel i am sure, thats twice the torque of the new Cummins in the heavy duty Ram

Very well done inside and out. Please give us a gas powered version for North America. Build it here (Belvedere?)with a Dodge Hornet replacement spin off and we should be good to go with two volume compact SUVs for North America.
Big step up on content and market range offerings. Good job Jeep Italy !
