Had the Tonale recall done almost 3 months ago and still get that pop up, I need to call the dealership because apparently Alfa can't remove it.

I have 3 Jeeps in my family, a ‘17 Cherokee, ‘19 Compass and ‘19 Grand Cherokee. So does something activate these pop ups? Is it a specific years, if a dealer service takes place or does it just pop up?
