Alot of manufacturers use that sort of test..but really what is the torque and tractive effort needed to roll those freight cars on the flat and level?

Probably 20,000 lbs or less, as evident by the use of what looks like a standard 30k lb rated tow strap.

Bearing starting resistance per this old document was 30 lb/ton, which comes to 18,750. Who knows how much improved these bearings could be.

They’re on the right track with offering BEV. Where this tec would really shine is in a compact, BOE, urban pickup.
