Having bought 3 new Challengers in the last 8 years I can comment on dealer service and sales experiences. The sales people are much more informed then they were concerning product knowledge. BUT service and new car prep leaves much to be desired ! People I know rave about the service and dealer respect they get from the Asian brands service and sales people. Being treated as an asset after the sale brings people back to the Asian dealers time after time ! GM will screw the customers on warranty issues and that's a fact ! FCA service departments are more or less a joke. Long waits, soddy respect , and the horror stories I have heard are discusting ! Bring back the 5 Star dealer ratings and flush out the cheap labor from new car prep !
