I am told yes, a lot of the common issues with the current EcoDiesel have been corrected.

Thanks. When I read about the "vertical" ramp up in production, I was concerned. I was curious how many of the issues were design and how many were production.

I was told the new EcoDiesel probably won't best the GM Duramax I-6 in horsepower, but it will oust it in the torque category.
