Chevrolet Silverado To Be Advertised On Amazon Boxes In Industry First

I think GM will go full force on add campaigns in 2019 to try and keep the silverado #2. This just strikes me as hilarious though...

"The most advanced Silverado ever"....because they definitely can't claim more advanced than any competitors

"Hey, lets show it busting through cardboard" ...because anything else would break the front plastic components off, or like the GMC in the motortrend comparison, cause the grill shudders to fall off.

I really don't think its going to help... until the past couple of days. I have only seen a handful of new Silverados in private owners hands. However, DTs are everywhere in Metro Detroit. I see more DTs than I do on DS models.

This one is seems definitely more like a Ram ad. Maybe they've realized how terrible the "real people, not actors" ads are.
