Well, speaking as an Army Veteran who has been trying very hard to buy one, I'm a little disappointed. There were too few available. Ram should offer one in Desert Sand & make it available for order, not in limited quantities. Desert Sand has been the primary vehicle color in the military for the last 30 years so that makes it suitable for all branches of service. Also they should limit these for sale to genuine Military personnel, current or ex at least for the first 60 days on a dealers lot. Real Vets can't get their hands on these.
PS Looking for a Gator or Tank green, V8, 391 rear axle quad cab. I've found a couple, but due too the limited edition nature of these the dealers that have them are definitely not interested in making Vets a good deal. And as much as I like my current flame red ram 1500 the only people I see wanting a flame red built to serve edition are Firemen not Military Vets.
