Manley Conference Call with Wall Street and (some)European analysts will also occur:
FCA to announce 2018 Full Year and Fourth Quarter Results on February 7

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (NYSE: FCAU / MTA: FCA) announced today that its financial results for the full year and fourth quarter 2018 will be released on Thursday, February 7, 2019.

A live audio webcast and conference call of the 2018 full year and fourth quarter results will begin at 1:00 p.m. GMT / 2:00 p.m. CET / 8:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, February 7.
Might be the the event to announce any addtional capacity changes beyond what's been planned....such as rival F-Series in overall volume.

Should see some good profit... all that extra cash from Grand Caravan and Journey will be going to pay for the EcoDiesel settlement I am sure.

Manley announce reduction in European sales staff and explore Partnerships in EMEA.Chrysler profits will decline in the first half 2019 and bounce back in the secound half of 2019 because of RAM HD Launch cost & Gladiator launch cost as well as the one time benefit of selling two different Wrangler generations at the same time.

Now Palmer is on the call:FCA ended 2018 with net cash of £1.9 billion.

Thanks for reporting the conference call. Did he say what he meant with partnerships in Europe?
1.9 billion in cash is a good number.

Same Bank Of America analyst is asking why FCA is launching a dividend at the same time it increasing product spending, Palmer stated there been long time since the Old Fiat has paid a dividend, and the the Chrysler business finances with RAM & Jeep justifies paying one.

Adam Jonas of MS asked about "Dakota" return:Manley stated the team is hard at work finding an solution for midsize Truck. He pointed out the International possibilities beyond the metric size truck.

So it very much is on the table...

Manley stated he's open to different sizes of partnerships in the European business,don't want to outright limt the Company options.
