The Dodge Challenger has been around almost long enough to apply for a driver’s license in its current form. That isn’t enough to keep it from competing favorably with newer offerings from the competition, though. While the Challenger went through a facelift for 2015, Ford released an all-new Mustang the same year. Just a year later, Chevrolet released the controversially designed sixth-generation Camaro. The Mustang got a refresh for 2018 and the Camaro for 2019.

I see no difference between these generations, as far as I can tell, the Challenger is at most 4 years older than the Camaro and the continued sales show it is the better platform. If GM spent more than $3.50 engineering the 6th Gen Camaro to replace the 5th gen, they spent too much.
