I'm really excited about the next-gen Grand Cherokee. I think that's what I'm going to end up with because it keeps popping into my mind as the vehicle I really want. I might even do something crazy and get a Limited or Overland with chrome accents instead of black trim as is usual for me! I would prefer the inline-6 with eTorque if it isn't too much of a mark-up and is available immediately - I plan to order as soon as ordering is open.

I doubt that GME T6 will use eTorque/BSG MHEV system. But who knows. The newest ZF's MHEV built in transmission will be available in 2022. Of course there is one already but today it has up to 15 kW electric motor while in 2022 it will be up to 25 kW and whole hybrid transmission will be more compact.

I'm not going to be picky about what kind of technology it uses as long as it has some form of electrification.

TBH, I just want to see the GME T6. I don’t care if it’s electrified or not.

not sure why all of sudden people are adverse to incrementalism? In nearly all cases it is the safest course.

I cannot wait to see the interior in this? I wonder what the Easter eggs will be? How they will make the inside better and how much room will be available for the riders in the back seat?
