My name is Margarita. I’ve owned Infinitis, Volvos and most recently (2) BMW i3 Rex but none have given me the joy of my 2017 Fiat 500e. Ever since I purchased it used, off lease from California, I have been posting where ever I could imploring Stellantis make it easier to obtain the new 500e in the USA. Even with all the limits to access, people increasingly jumó through hoops to get them used where ever they can and I have seen the increase of Fiat 500e’s in every urban area and among a varied number of burgeoning niche markets such as parents looking for a first car to buy for their college bound or high schooler offspring, LGBTQI folk like myself, young professionals and especially Eco- minded Millennials and Gen Xers, euro-conscious penny pitching retirees- women with out children, to name a few. I fit into several of those classifications as do my friends so I know if what I speak.

This is the perfect storm and perfect time to bring to the USA enforce, the Special Edition (made in Italy) Fiat 3+1 Prima 500e and it’s siblings and set up Classic 500e solo dealerships with marketing specific events aimed at the above mentioned and other niche- soon to become- majority market (in sheer numbers alone.) I have even bought stock in Stellantis and Volta waiting for the company to come to it’s senses. Do the same and see if they put some related voting items on their coming stock holder meetings.

I want to order this new version. If you agree and are willing to campaign along with me and it know of resources that can make this happen please respond to this thread and let’s see uf we can’t substantiate our impressions with enough verifiable hard data to convince Stelkantis that the USA is not just about trucks, jeeps and SUV’s and that the rest of us are a substantial, undervalued and paradigm changing US market worth their time and attention. What do you say? This is our moment!!! I’ll work for free toward this end.

Welcome to the forums. We have a thread: Please bring 500 e back to US!
I probably won't buy one because I need something before the snow hits. There no way Stellantis would market the Fiat 500e in the USA before the end of the year, and that's if only they decide to.

Too bad. And I understand. There is some urgency.

I fear if they delay a proactive decision any longer, Stellantis may lose advantages the “pent up demand” offers as opportunities as new EV’s with existing dealerships and brand recognition hit the USA market.

That’s why I’m appealing to like minded individuals to identify our self’s as a collective and bring ourselves into view.
I’m sure the numbers would be convincing .
Anyway, thanks for the welcome and the response.

May I just comment, that I test drove the new KIa SUV EV and speaking of winter, they offer a battery warming device that can be engaged in the low temps.

I must say though that I was surprised how well the Fiat 500e weathered the winter (coming from California) both in terms of secure maneuverability in the snow as well as conservation of battery charge even with the heater on and blasting.

I work for a rental fleet. I have been behind the wheel of a number of plugin vehicles. Last night I drove a Nissan Leaf. One of my coworkers brought it up and put it in a ready to rent spot. It only had a half of charge in it and resulted in a very upset customer. I had to bring it down to where we charge our EVs. We are getting level two chargers installed someday, but for now it is strictly standard wall plugs. A couple of weeks ago I had to do the same thing with a Polestar. That's when I discovered that we place in every BEV a printout warning customers the nearest high speed chargers are located in an remote suburb 25 miles away.

The largest obstacle to BEV marketing is the lack of a reliable charging network. This is why many automakers are holding back.

Please check out the link I gave in my prior post. I will be happy to carry on a conversation there.Have you ever watched this YouTube channel ?
I suspect the Fiat suits are totally unaware of the Fiat 500e cult status created by the compliance car program.
