Update: Chrysler 300 Concierge is no longer handling anything past the initial reservation. I called the Milton, Florida Dodge/Chrysler General Manager today. He advised me that he would be adding 15-20k to the car when it arrives at his dealership because it will be a valuable car. He was not at all familiar with the guidance from Chrysler to dealerships concerning the 2023 300c. All he kept referring to was how things went a few years ago with the Dodge Demon. I recommended that he review the guidance from Chrysler (I attached it to this reply as well). He said he would talk to his Chrysler guy and get back to me in “a few”. That was this morning. I called Chrysler (not the concierge) and they are escalating my complaint with a new case number. It’s very disappointing to watch dealerships treat customers in this greedy way.

They tried to mark up my car also. I had a firm order at MSRP plus delivery plus tax plus tags and processing. When I got there to take delivery they tried to add a 2% sales commission, a $2400 detailing package and a bunch of other fake fees. I told them to keep the car (actually I was a lot more colorful about where they could shove the car). Turns out they had two others refuse and those cars are now on the lot. The next day, the GM called me and said he would be happy to remove the fees and do the original deal we agreed to. I picked it up that night and closed the deal. It is so sweet! Much faster than my 2007 SRT8.

Picked up a Velvet Red 300C after the person who ordered it could not get financing. Its a much better riding car that the two previous Scat Packs I owned.
