OMG, you guys are not going to believe this. My car was delivered today to a dealer in North Carolina. I live approximately 2,400 miles away in Arizona. I'm about ready to cancel this whole deal and buy a Mustang, no joke. I can't take much more of this. After all this if it arrives with zero damage I will be surprised...

Buy a classic Corvette if it isn't too small for you or the new one.

I like vettes but will NEVER own another GM product. In 2009 GM refused to honor their warranty on my 1 ton 4WD Crew Cab dually when the injectors on the Duramax diesel failed at 50k miles, even though I had a letter from them stating they were covered for 100k. Excuse was the electronic part was bad and not covered, the mechanical part is covered but not bad;. I say they are one assembly therefore they were all bad. I have purchased new cars and trucks every 3 to 4 years for over 40 years, GM blew it big time. I've never had a warranty issue with Ford or Mopar products. I am also very dealer loyal if they treat me right. This Challenger order was my 3rd new vehicle purchase from this dealer in three years, first two was a Ram 3500 4WD tow beast and a Ram 2500 4WD, also a tow beast. If they don't fix this current problem quickly and make me happy I'll gladly spend my money somewhere else. So far they are trying to bend over backwards for me, so still hoping for a happy final outcome. The General Manager has taken over and is personally taking care of me now...

Finally, good news! My car was transported from North Carolina to Arizona in an enclosed carrier and has been delivered to my dealer. Picking it up when we get home from our Christmas vacation. Wahoo!
