2019 Dodge Charger SXT AWD. (Dodge).

Gone is the GT AWD, say hello to the Charger SXT AWD. The Charger SXT AWD model, new for 2019, is powered by the award-winning Pentastar V-6 engine, rated at 300 horsepower and 264 lb.-ft. of torque, and mated to the TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission, delivering up to 27 mpg on the highway. The all-wheel-drive system is automatic with an active transfer case and front-axle disconnect, which helps minimize powertrain parasitic losses.

Available options on the SXT AWD are a new Caramel Nappa leather interior, Houndstooth cloth sport seats and the Blacktop Package, which includes a new 19-inch Black Noise wheel. The new Cold Weather Package is also available on the SXT AWD, which includes heated steering wheel and heated cloth driver and passenger seats.

The 2019 Dodge Charger SXT AWD starts with a base MSRP of $32,995. This does not include the $1,395 destination charge ($1,445 for Hawaii).

I’m actually very content with my car for the time being, but AWD would be really nice. Someone had the bright idea to put gravel all over one of the main streets in town and now I spin out constantly on that road. Even if it’s not a V8, the peace of mind with AWD would be worth it. I only wish it was available with the performance fascia!

The way its going... maybe in 2020 the Charger AWD will get the same SRT looks as most of the rest of the Charger lineup.
