So, I hear these bolts breaking is common with the 5.7 liter hemi. Anyone have 10.0.0.0.1 recommendations on replacement parts that won't break in the future? Or have the factory parts gotten better to where I shouldn't have to worry about it again.

The problem comes from the difference in heat dissipation rates. Aluminum (heads) heat and cool faster than the Iron block. Also, the steel manifolds heat and cool, and the factory steal bolts heat and cool at still a different rate. When the Iron manifolds heat up, they expand, snapping the bolts over time after repeated heating and cooling cycles.

One of the solution over the years was to go shorty style header, which would be stainless steel and/or coated.
