Is Dodge Missing Out Moving Away From The Traditional V8 Muscle Car?

The new I6 engines will no doubt satisfy all the petrolheads with their performance and it is really a matter of time before US legislation mandates PHEV/ HEV /BEV vehicles in certain locations. I am no fan of electrification but I have resigned myself to the fact that EV's will be the future of...

Stellantis Accelerates Its Low Emission Vehicle Sales Momentum In Europe!

If Dodge enters Europe with suitably sized, competitively priced and well engineered products Alfa will be history. Unfortunately, Stellantis will be looking to avoid that scenario, however I'd welcome the sight of Dodge personally.

Lancia Releases Its 10-Year Strategic Plan For Expansion!

I am truly unconvinced by the move to 100% electric product. There are a great many regions in every coutry throughout Europe/UK/USA that have insufficient infrastructure development to support a large EV pool. It will curtail Stellantis sales in many areas not offering a hybrid alternative, at...

Stellantis Accelerates Its Low Emission Vehicle Sales Momentum In Europe!

Plenty of US made Jeeps in Europe and the UK. The problem with cars such as the Charger / Challenger is their size makes them unsuitable for many European roads. The mere thought of trying to fit one down the narrow streets of a typical small village does not really compute. Probably why they...

Citroën Thinks Smaller Batteries, Charged More Often, Leads To Less Time Wasted!

Makes sense in certain circumstances to have a smaller battery with more frequent charge cycles, however in rural areas it would be a considerable issue as the charging infrastructure will be all but non existent (based on the majority of Wales). Am i mistaken in thinking that battery life is...

Citroën Introduces It’s Update 2022 C5 Aircross Hybrid Compact SUV:

Indeed so, whatever they do now is little more than rebadge and mildly reskin bland Peugeots. That erstwhile spirit of creativity and engineering brilliance is long gone. Citroens of old were never boring, however they may have had various issues and idiosyncracies but in general they excelled...

Citroën Introduces It’s Update 2022 C5 Aircross Hybrid Compact SUV:

It's still somewhat unattractive in my opinion - those ridiculous and pointless indentations in the side trims cheapen the car no end. Also, a more modern petrol engine to replace the capricious Prince unit would have been more of an upgrade than the relatively pointless styling tweaks...

    SPOTTED: Two-Row 2022 Jeep® Grand Cherokee Limited (WL74):

Whether we will see either the WL74 or WL75 in the UK is a moot point. I do like both but for different reasons. Overall, the WL75 has the marginally better styling of the pair.

Stellantis Electric Vehicle Day on July 8, 1 hour before Wall Street open

My views regarding PSA were not appreciated on the other forum either, however FCA needed a kick in the direction of EV's in general. Not sure about PSA or their technology as I am of the opinion that FCA products by and large are superior to those of PSA if less "cutting edge" in design. The...

Tiny Jeep Built On French Underpinnings To Slot Below Renegade In 2022

I suspect that Fiat are working on a Panda 4x4 replacement and that is a runaway success in Europe, so whatever replaces that will likely underpin the new sub Renegade Jeep. If that's the case I may potentially be able to afford a replacement for my ageing 3.7KJ.

The Iconic Jeep® Wagoneer Nameplate Returns For 2022 Model Year:

I am of the opinion that the Wagoneer is far better looking and indeed classier than the rather ostentatious Grand Wagoneer. A Wagoneer in Series111 trim represents the pinnacle of understated luxury as far as I can see. Unfortunately, it will be some time before they hit the UK, if ever.

Better start thinking of a new name for the Cherokees

I suspect that theis fuss is a ploy for dollars - the Cherokee nation is obviously getting short of cas and seeing some kind of royalty deal. Might be difficult - the name has been trademarked for decades.
