As with most of you, I'm great with Mopar brands offering EVs, but I want a choice to buy gas, too. Here in the middle of the country, where we may drive 400 miles for a day trip in the country with zero charging access, EVs just make no sense.
Why is all this effort not going to hydrogen...
I gotta say, the reveal video is cool! I'm still not an electric car fan, but the attitude in the video is exactly the right attitude to sell an electric Charger.
Well done!
Because selling the EV only first is the only way to sell the EV?? I could consider a hybrid, but I'm still in the "not me" category when it comes to a pure EV.
Seems like the UAW is going to have to choose a side: support a broad agenda that in effect regulates a smaller workforce, or support the members. I'm not sure it is feasible to have both ways at the same time.
I would argue the downturn in Challenger sales is not consumer preference, but crazy markups by dealers on remaining stock. I guess that could be consumer preference - preference to not pay over sticker.....
Remember the days when Chrysler took chances and was bold, not waiting until a market started falling off to get in, but leading the way? Caravan/Voyager, Dakota, Viper......
I wondered the same thing. Would a two-door and a four-door Charger count as one vehicle for certification purposes, where a two-door Challenger and a four-door Charger would be two? I don't know, that's why I'm asking.....
I thought I liked the Rampage and was excited we might see it soon in North America, but from what I can see of this truck, this is the Ram I'd buy. Of course, it's a Fiat and the rest is my dreams......
I was wondering if inventory was the issue with the Hornet. I've only read a couple notes from owners, but both were extremely positive. Any idea what the sales goal is for Hornet?
