I have this from some archives of mine. It was apparently taken in 1988 at the old Highland Park HQ, in the Design Dome. It says "Accolade" on it per the model badging. but has no brand badging nor emblem on it at all. I immediately thought "Plymouth Accolade" when I first saw it, but I am second guessing myself due to the extremely Intrepid styling and Dodge crosshair valance grille.

The Intrepid of course began production in June 1992 and mysteriously took 5 months to official go-ahead for sales launch, so 1988 is not in the least outlandish in being 3.5 to 4 years out (I work in product development myself), but still somewhat puzzling the never made Accolade appears to be like this.

Any Highland Park or early CTC alums here?

Certainly. There are many more LH proposals I have of course (more than 100 photos), some leaning heavily anti-cab forward. I'll only post them if anyone is truly interested in seeing them. Just attempting to make sense of this alleged Plymouth Accolade, which looks more like an Intrepid.

That is super cool and makes sense it would have been a Plymouth as Accolade would have fit in with the Acclaim nameplate.

I was 10 when the Intrepid/Vision/Concorde came out and had every magazine with them in it. I would just stare at photos of the cars for hours as they were so ahead of their time. When I was 17 my girlfriends older sister had a Vision TSI and I remember being in it and thinking it was the craziest thing ever. I did own a 1994 Intrepid ES until the 3.5 grenaded itself, and then later owned a 2000 300M and a 2003 300M Special. The LH cars were so ahead of their time, I know it's been awhile since you've been on but I'd love to see more photos.
