The 2022 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) is just a couple of weeks away. With that being said, we are now learning more about the upcoming attractions at the show.
Yesterday, we told you about how the popular Camp Jeep® and Ram Truck Territory indoor test tracks were coming to the Detroit event for the first time ever.
But while the unveiling of the 2024 Ford Mustang (S650) appears to be the highlighting event for the show, the Chrysler Group will have two different events on the schedule for the show. According to the press event schedule released to the media, both the Chrysler and Jeep brands will hold events.
Chrysler is scheduled to hold an event the evening before the official press day, at the Spirit of Detroit Plaza. There is no official word about what the 97-year-old brand, has in store for the event. The good news is, that MoparInsiders.com will be there reporting from the event live.
As for the Jeep brand, they will hold a 30 minutes press conference on Wednesday, September 14th, 2022. No official word about that event has been released either, however, it could be a preview of several things for 2023. We are sure we will learn more going into “4xe Day” on September 8th. It is likely, that we will learn that the Compass 4xe or 2023 Jeep Renegade could be making its official North American debut.
Either way, there will be some news coming from NAIAS for the Chrysler Group. So stay tuned.
