Moore has been a key figure in Stellantis’ development of high-performance vehicles, playing a leading role in engineering the next-generation Dodge Charger lineup. This includes the Dodge Charger Daytona R/T and the 670-horsepower Charger Daytona Scat Pack, recognized as the world’s quickest and most powerful muscle car. She is also spearheading the development of the upcoming four-door Charger Daytona models, set to launch in 2025, as well as the 550-horsepower Charger SIXPACK H.O. and the 420-horsepower Charger SIXPACK S.O., both equipped with the twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter HURRICANE I6 engine.
Scotty Reiss, founder of A Girls Guide to Cars, emphasized the importance of Moore’s recognition: “The role of the chief engineer at a brand like Dodge or Jeep is critically important, but to see a woman in that role opens the eyes of legions of young women who believe they can do it too. And that is the mission of What Drives Her, to recognize women who are blazing a trail in this industry so that other women can follow.”
The Trailblazer Award is reserved for women in the automotive sector who actively empower others, remove barriers, and take on leadership roles that inspire future generations. In addition to Moore’s recognition, the What Drives Her program also presented honors in the categories of Automotive Ally, Best Retailer, and Best In Craft Automotive Media.
