Designed, built, and painted by Aaron Buck of Milk Man Concepts, this street-legal custom 6-wheeler was created with an impressive combination of power and creativity. Powering this beast is a 5.9-liter Cummins 6BT diesel 12-valve I-6 engine originally sourced from a 1991 Dodge D250. The engine was upgraded with a rebuilt injection pump, Bosch 0432131837 injectors, a Holset HX35 turbocharger, and the Cummins Killer dowel pin fix for enhanced reliability. It also sports a Universal 27×19-inch radiator, intercooler, and 3-inch piping to keep it cool, alongside an aftermarket three-piece exhaust manifold, an 8-inch exhaust stack, and a 3-inch stainless exhaust. An automatic transmission channels power through a unique dual-axle setup, with a 2004 Dodge Dakota rear axle as the first drive axle and a 2002 Dodge Durango rear axle as the second.

The chassis is just as robust, with components including 2004 Dodge Dakota front spindles, ThorBros.com bushings, 1993 Dodge Ram D250 front shocks, and Monroe 37044 rear shocks. Custom air bags from Slam Specialties complete the suspension system, contributing to both performance and aesthetics.

Its eye-catching exterior sports a House of Kolor Blue paint job with airbrushed patina, giving it a vintage look. Inside, the handmade copper-tinted interior by the Leather Hide Store adds a touch of luxury. Custom features include a Lokar shifter, a unique console, Veethree gauges, a Painless 21-circuit wiring system, and a four-position headlight switch for the 7-inch Dietz universal headlights.

The “Cab Over Evolved” also showcases Universal LED teardrop tail lights, a custom aggressive grille, and exposed chassis components, giving it a rugged appearance. It sits on custom wheels—24×8-inch in the front and 28×11-inch in the rear—with bullet-tip lugs, and it’s wrapped in 255/30-24 and 295/25-28 tires, ensuring this truck won’t go unnoticed.
