Stellantis (FCA US, LLC) is recalling approximately eight units of its 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid plug-in hybrid (PHEV) minivans because the bolt securing the front brake caliper bracket may not be properly tightened. This could result in reduced steering control, a brake fluid leak, and a loss of front brake function.

The suspect period began on December 19, 2024, when the first vehicle was produced with front caliper bracket bolts not properly torqued, and ended on that same day, when vehicles with properly torqued front caliper bracket bolts were produced. Plant production records and supplier records were used to identify the suspect population.
