2025 Jeep® Wagoneer S Limited 4xe Hits Dealer Lots

Wagoneer S Lineup Expands Offerings

After being introduced at the Chicago Auto Show in February, the new 2025 Jeep® Wagoneer S Limited 4xe has officially arrived at dealerships across the U.S., marking another step in expanding the new Wagoneer S lineup.

The Wagoneer S Limited joins the previously launched Launch Edition (which retains its name for 2025), offering buyers a more affordable entry point into the Jeep premium electric SUV lineup while delivering cutting-edge technology and rugged styling.

Sleek and Modern Exterior Design –

The Wagoneer S Limited’s bold, aerodynamic design balances modern luxury with Jeep’s signature ruggedness. Some of its key exterior features include:

  • Black Roof and Mirror Caps – A striking contrast that enhances the SUV’s premium appeal
  • 20-Inch Machined Aluminum Wheels – A stylish and durable design for both city streets and back roads
  • Low-Profile Exterior Badging – Subtle yet elegant branding
  • Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof – Brings an open-air feel to every drive

The Limited trim introduces the popular Hydro Blue exterior color to the lineup and adds a new Arctic Grey interior color, giving customers more personalization options.

Tech-Loaded Interior with Premium Features –

The Wagoneer S Limited offers a best-in-class 45 inches of total screen space, creating a modern, high-tech cabin environment. The available segment-exclusive front passenger screen allows co-pilots to control navigation, entertainment, and other functions without distracting the driver.

The Limited offers an optional McIntosh® MX920 920-watt 19-speaker audio system for audiophiles, delivering crystal-clear sound quality. The sound system is part of the $4,000 Comfort Package. Safety is also a priority, with the Wagoneer S Limited boasting more than 170 standard safety and security features, including a Drowsy Driver Alert to help prevent fatigue-related accidents.

Electric Power Meets Jeep Performance –

2025 Jeep® Wagoneer Limited 4xe. (Orange Coast CDJR).

Even as an all-electric SUV, the Wagoneer S Limited 4xe remains true to Jeep’s legendary performance. The eSUV features Jeep’s Selec-Terrain™ traction management system, allowing drivers to choose from five drive modes: Auto, Sport, Snow, Sand, and Eco.

The Limited has the same electric drive modules (EDMs) as the Launch Edition. While the Launch Edition is rated at 600 horsepower, the Limited is rated at 500 horsepower. For those who want more power, the Power Upgrade Group is available for an additional $2,500, increasing output to 600 horsepower. However, we recommend simply purchasing the Launch Edition, as adding both the Comfort and Power Upgrade Groups pushes the price beyond the base cost of the Launch Edition. The Power Upgrade Group will be available from an over-the-air (OTA) update later this year.

Fast Charging and Impressive Range –

Charging the Wagoneer S Limited 4xe is quick and hassle-free. The 400-volt, 100-kWh battery pack supports DC fast charging, allowing the vehicle to charge from 20% to 80% in just 23 minutes. With an estimated 300-mile range, this electric SUV is built for long drives without frequent stops.

To facilitate EV ownership, Jeep includes a 48-amp Level 2 home charger or public charging credits through its Free2move Charge program, giving owners more flexibility when it comes to powering up their vehicle.

There is a business case for the Wagoneer S and the Charger Daytona for that matter, they both COULD find a number of willing customers. I certainly hope they find them and both succeed in creating some buzz in their intended market segment. For the rest of us knuckle draggers, we have the soon to be released Six Pack to consider and that option might get more dragger types into the Wagoneer S as market forces would currently suggest.
I’d like to see the Recon launch with a gas option and all three eventually get a pure hybrid option. Until or if that happens, the S will have to solder along as it does on this page, an attractive luxury SUV with some hope but more likely a loud “ho hum” from buyers wishing for more.
