2019 Ram Heavy Duty Pickup Production Mix For The U.S. Market:

What Are The Popular Configurations For November Production?

Thanks to our dealer contacts, we have gotten a look at the rough production estimates for what the Saltillo Truck Assembly Plant (Saltillo Truck) will be cranking out for November 2019 production when it comes to 2019 Ram 2500 and 3500 models. While there aren’t any exact numbers, the production mix allows us to get a good look at which configurations are the most popular for the month. This is usually based more on dealer inventory orders placed prior to the production month but is very interesting nonetheless.

According to Ram Trucks to its dealer body, here is what the production for November 2019 will look like from Saltillo Truck (this list is based on U.S. orders and does not include Canadian or export numbers)…

  • Regular Cab – 3%
  • Crew Cab – 75%
  • Mega Cab – 22%

Drivetrain:

As you can see, there is quite a bit of difference when it comes to choices that 2500 and 3500 customers want. There are a few consistencies like the fact that the Laramie trim level seems to be the most popular for November 2019 and that Regular Cab models don’t make up much of the mix (even if they are only available on Big Horn/Lone Star and Tradesman models).
