Mopar Launches “Heritage Parts” Line For Europe Customers:

First Vehicle To Be Featured Is The Delta HF Integrale...

While the Mopar brand is known for its aftermarket parts and accessories here in North America, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has been offering Mopar branded items on most of the company’s Euro-brands for quite a while now. Back in April, FCA announced the creation of the “Heritage HUB”, a facility that specifically preserves, restores, and displays some of the company’s best European historic models. Together with Heritage HUB, Mopar has announced that it will begin offering a new service to make reproduction spare parts for some of these historic models.

Starting with the iconic Lancia Delta HF Integrale and the Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione, the “Heritage Parts” line will make launch with the front and rear bumpers for both models. Using the original molds and the same original materials, and using common fiberglass like most aftermarket parts. They will be delivered to the customers unsanded, unprimed, and unpainted. So just like the original copies, the Integrale is made of from a polymer thermoplastic called POCAN S1506 and the Integrale Evoluzione uses Xenoy CL101, a different type of polymer thermoplastic that is solvent-resistant and quite flexible at all temps.

The bumpers will be cast by FCA Manufacturing. The company is using the same dies that were salvaged from the FCA plant in San Benigno Canavese, just outside of Turin. According to Mopar, the bumpers are available in a limited edition of 250 units for the Integrale version and 250 units for the Evoluzione version. The MSRP for the front bumpers of both models is listed at £1,404.00 (or $1,843 USD) before taxes, and the rear bumpers are listed for £1,242.00 (or $1,631 USD) before taxes.

The Lancia Delta HF Integrale bumpers can be ordered from the FCA Authorized Network or directly from the Mopar Store at the following link.

We are hoping that Mopar will be open to offering select parts for classic North America models in the same fashion in the future. While the aftermarket is now stocked with a lot of high-quality replacement parts for iconic Mopar muscle cars, it would be ideal to see genuine aftermarket parts that take advantage of the original dies and materials as the original factory parts.
