A rare 2017 Dodge Viper GTC ACR Extreme crossed the auction block at Mecum Indy’s Fall Special, yesterday, selling for an impressive $319,000, including auction fees. Known for its raw power and exclusivity, this Viper was specially ordered through Dodge’s “1 of 1” program, making it a truly unique build with just 1,306 miles on the odometer.
This Viper is equipped with the high-performance Prefix Viper 9.0 XTreme package, featuring a 9.0-liter (550 cubic-inch) VIPER V10 engine capable of producing a whopping 825 horsepower and 750 lb-ft of torque. The car’s incredible performance is matched with cutting-edge handling technology, including power steering and power disc brakes with advanced carbon ceramic rotors for maximum stopping power.
The exterior and interior are enhanced with lightweight carbon fiber elements, adding both style and performance. The car also features a premium Alcantara finish on the steering wheel, seat inserts, transmission hump, dashboard, and glovebox. Notable details include factory-painted stripes, a rev-match module for seamless shifting, and a laser/radar detection system in the front grille, offering a blend of performance and tech-driven convenience.
The Viper comes with additional equipment like an extra front spoiler (with a bag for easy storage), a rear roll bar for added stability during high-performance driving, and a fire extinguisher as part of its track-focused setup. Chromed alloy wheels complete the aggressive look of the car.
With the Paint Protection Film (PPF) applied to keep its exterior pristine, and sold with the owner’s manual, extra key fob, and other original accessories, this Viper was a hot item at the auction.
Given its rarity, low mileage, and impressive list of features, the sale of this 2017 Dodge Viper GTC ACR Extreme was a highlight of the Mecum Indy Fall Special. The $319,000 final price reflects its status as a top-tier collectible among performance cars.
